Returns & Refunds

Every item from Lake Effect Labs is made by hand in Sebewaing, Michigan. We want you to love your order, and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Ready-made items

Ready-made items (such as magnets, bookmarks and ornaments without personalization) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us before sending a return so we can share the return address.

Personalized items and digital downloads

Personalized and custom items (such as name ornaments and custom magnets) are made just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check spelling before placing your order, as items are made exactly as entered.

Digital downloads are final sale once the files have been delivered.

Damaged, broken or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, with no return needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return (or approve your damage claim). Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.
