Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of lakeeffectlabsmi.com, operated by Lake Effect Labs MI ("we," "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

Our products are handmade, so colors, lettering placement and finishes may vary slightly from the photos, and no two items are exactly alike. Product photos may include styled or illustrative images to show how an item looks in use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Personalized items

Personalized items are made exactly as entered at checkout. Please check spelling, capitalization and dates carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and local pickup

Processing times are listed on each product page. Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier. Local pickup is available in Sebewaing, Michigan, and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Digital downloads

Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may print them for your own home or to give as a personal gift. You may not resell, share, distribute, alter or use the files for commercial purposes. All artwork remains the property of Lake Effect Labs MI.
